No Returns or Refunds:

• All sales of Audioheads products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you verify the product details before making a purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue.
• We will assist in resolving the issue with the manufacturer under the terms of the applicable warranty, if provided.

Warranty Claims:

• We provide a 1-year warranty on all Audioheads products.
• Any issues related to manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be resolved by assisting you in processing the claim with the manufacturer.
• Products with a manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. Please refer to the individual product for warranty information.
